Resolve App Store Verification

My company’s Apple App Store account has been frozen in the “verification” phase for almost two months, and I need an experienced hand to push it through to full activation.

Where things stand: Apple accepted the initial application, but the account is now stuck during the verification process. I have supplied the requested information yet the portal still shows “Pending Verification,” and support tickets have gone unanswered or resulted in generic replies.

What I need from you
• Review the current status of the account in App Store Connect and Apple Developer.
• Identify exactly what is preventing the company-level verification from completing (missing D-U-N-S, documentation mismatch, incorrect enrollment details, etc.).
• Prepare or correct any documents Apple requires and guide me on re-submission if needed.
