I’m finalising the electrical systems design for a new residential development and need clear, professional guidance on the wiring layout. The rough architectural drawings are ready; what’s missing is a verified plan that maps every circuit logically, meets current code, and avoids costly re-work once construction begins.

Here’s what I need from you:
• A room-by-room wiring layout annotated on my PDF floor plans (AutoCAD or Revit exports are available if preferred).
• Confirmation that conductor sizing, routing, junction box placement, and breaker assignments all comply with the latest residential standards in my jurisdiction.
• A brief written rationale (one or two pages) explaining key design choices so I can communicate them confidently to the site crew and local inspector.
• One review call (30–45 min, Zoom or similar) to walk me through the layout and answer follow-up questions.

I already have preliminary load calculations and fixture schedules; your focus stays on translating those numbers into an efficient, code-compliant wiring scheme.

Please mention any design software you plan to use (AutoCAD, Revit, Dialux, etc.) and provide a sample of a past residential wiring diagram so I can gauge formatting and clarity. I’ll share the current plans and specs as soon as we agree on scope and timeline.
