2hp variable speed ‘overflow’ pump with overload, starter, contactor, timeclock and rotary isolator

1hp auto pool cleaner pump with overload, starter, contactor, timeclock and rotary isolator. Inter-
locked to filter pump, so can only run when filter pump is running.

4no. LED 20w 12v underwater lights with 300w driver (supplied by us) with a switched fused spur
and external waterproof switch positioned next to pool cover switch.

Frost stat positioned externally (supplied by us) linked to filter pump and overflow pump.

Hydraulic pump for auto cover with rotary isolator and external switching ( key switch supplied by
us) positioned in full sight of pool.

240v rainwater removal pump which sits on top of pool cover with an external commando socket
this has a switched fused spur and a separate 10ma trip in board.

1.1kw air blower with switched fused spur connected to touchpad controller on side of spa
(supplied by us).

1no LED 12v underwater light with driver (supplied by us) and touch pad controls on side of spa
(supplied by us).

Ultraviolet water treatment unit with switched fused spur

Digital stat (supplied by us) linked to boiler

Timeclock in panel to bring on both boost pumps and air blower for 10 mins twice in 24hrs

The pool and spa panels will need to be metal type and have RCD 30ma protection for all our
equipment, along with MCB’s and earthing. The pool shell also has two earthing cables coming
into the plantroom from the reinforcement steel in the pool, this needs to terminate in a box for
testing.
