Residential-to-Commercial Zoning Application

I need to turn a residential rental into a commercial micro-conference center. Building has been restored to historic accuracy and needs no construction, remodeling, or additions. The current layout will serve the new use as-is. The property is within commercial zoning. Conferencing use is permitted use without a board review.

I already have a PDF (attached) a rough sketch of the current condition and building state. I need to submit a floor plan to the zoning office that is a professional, polished, code-compliant documentation that shows the officer that a conference use is compliant. Project must be stamped with PA certification. I need this project submitted ASAP.
