Residential Subdivision Electrical Design

I require an electrical consultant/designer to complete the electrical connection design documentation for a residential subdivision in Western Australia.

The existing property is being subdivided from one lot into two separate lots.

I can provide the approved/proposed subdivision plan and other available site information.

Required Scope

The scope is to include:

Review the subdivision plan and existing electrical/network arrangement.

Liaise directly with Western Power and obtain/confirm all information required for the subdivision connection, including:

Existing Western Power network arrangement;

Nominated point of supply / feeding point;

Existing or proposed underground pillar/dome location;

Western Power requirements for servicing the two new lots;

Any required network alterations, new pillar, cable works or other connection requirements.

Develop the proposed electrical servicing arrangement so that:

Each new lot has its own separate underground electrical connection / supply arrangement.

Prepare the required Single Line Diagram (SLD) and associated electrical/site drawings suitable for submission to Western Power.

The drawings are to clearly identify, as applicable:

Western Power point of supply;

Existing and proposed Western Power assets;

Underground supply to Lot 1;

Underground supply to Lot 2;

Service pillar/dome;

Consumer mains;

Cable sizes;

Protection / SPD requirements;

Metering arrangements;

Existing connections to be retained, modified or removed;

Lot boundaries and relevant subdivision information.

Make any reasonable drawing amendments required following Western Power review/comments so that the electrical servicing arrangement can be accepted for the subdivision.

Deliverables

Please provide:

Final SLD in PDF;

Electrical/site servicing plan in PDF;

Editable CAD/DWG files;

Relevant calculations/details where required;

Western Power correspondence confirming the proposed point of supply/connection arrangement;

Final drawings suitable for Western Power submission.

Fee

Please provide your final lump-sum fixed fee for completing the full scope above.

I am not looking for an initial estimate or a fee to commence discussions and then determine the scope later.

Please include all engineering/design work, Western Power liaison and reasonable revisions necessary to complete the above scope in your final offer.

I would like to proceed as soon as possible, so please also confirm your earliest commencement date.
