Residential Slab, Wall & Plaster

I need a small-scale structural package completed for a residential renovation. The job breaks down into three parts:

• Cast a reinforced concrete slab covering roughly 60-75 sq ft. The area will serve as a wash area, so after pouring you’ll screed in a gentle slope toward the drain point I’ll mark on site.
• Build an 80 sq ft, 9-inch-thick brick wall tied into the existing structure, using standard concrete blocks and mortar.
• Apply smooth-finish plaster on both faces of the new wall and on the slab edges, ready for my painter to take over.

I’m using standard concrete and brick throughout; no specialty eco mixes or high-strength additives are required. All work must be plumb, true and free of hairline cracks on hand-over, with falls verified by a water test on the slab.
