Residential Site Plan for Approval

I need a professionally drafted residential site plan that is ready to go straight into my planning-approval package. The drawing has to be to scale and meet standard council submission guidelines.

Scope
• Show the full house footprint, property lines, and all setback dimensions.
• Include driveway, parking layout, and every access point.
• Map existing and proposed trees, landscaping elements, and drainage paths.

I will provide the land survey, sketches, and photos; you translate them into a clean, accurate plan. The final deliverables I expect are:
1. A print-ready PDF with title block, north arrow, scale bar, legend, and notes.
2. The editable CAD file (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or comparable format) so I can accommodate any council feedback later.
