Residential Site Plan Drafting

I need a fresh residential site plan created from the ground up. The focus is a straightforward, to-scale layout that shows the lot boundaries, proposed building footprint, driveway, walkways, setbacks, and basic dimensions—enough detail for an initial permit submission but not a full architectural or landscaping package.

Please draft in AutoCAD (or compatible software) and supply both an editable DWG file and a print-ready PDF. Use a conventional residential scale (for example 1" = 20' or metric equivalent) and include a clear north arrow, legend, and title block.

Deliverables
• Scaled site plan (DWG + PDF)
• One round of minor revisions if the permitting office requests adjustments

With these items in place I can move forward confidently to the next stage of the build.
