Residential Site Plan CAD Draft

I need a clean, well-layered CAD drawing that captures my entire residential lot in a single, professional site plan. The finished file must clearly show the property borders, contour lines and any recorded easements; those three items are non-negotiable and should each sit on their own layers so they can be toggled on and off easily.

I will forward the survey notes, benchmark elevations and the legal description as soon as the project starts. From that data, please develop:

• a properly scaled base map with north arrow, graphic scale and legend
• contour intervals that read smoothly at the sheet size (most likely 1 ft)
• boundary bearings and distances called out along each side
• easement lines differentiated with a dashed style and labeled per the deed

If you can also sketch in the proposed house footprint, driveway alignment and a simple landscaping outline, great—keep those on separate layers so future revisions stay painless. Deliver both the working DWG (AutoCAD) and a print-ready PDF.

Before final hand-off, send a low-res proof so I can verify all labels, line weights and layer names. Once those are confirmed, export the final sheets and share the CAD file.
