Residential Revit Floor-Plan Design

I have a new residential concept that I need translated into a clean, well-organized Revit model focused on architectural floor plans only. The scope is limited to creating accurate, dimensioned layouts for each level of the home, complete with room tags, wall types, windows, doors, basic fixtures, and properly set views and sheets so I can move straight into documentation and presentation.

You may start from a blank template or adapt one of your own, but the final file must be native Revit (.rvt, current release preferred) with all elements correctly placed on the appropriate worksets and using consistent families. I will supply sketch references and key room sizes at kickoff; you will convert these into a build-ready plan, maintain correct levels, grids, and project base point, and apply thoughtful space planning that respects typical residential codes.

Deliverable
• Revit project file containing ground-floor and upper-floor plans, fully dimensioned, annotated, and ready to plot at 1:100 (or 1/8”=1’) scale.

Acceptance
I consider the job complete when the file opens without missing families or warnings, views are printable, and the layout matches the sketches within the agreed tolerances.
