Residential Revit Drawing Revisions

I have an existing, fully modelled high-end home in Revit that now needs its plans, elevations and sections updated to reflect design decisions we have already locked in. The base file and a plotted PDF set will be handed over, along with a mark-up package that highlights every change required. Your role is to open the model, resolve any obvious drafting or coordination issues you see along the way, then push the agreed design tweaks through to a clean, revision-controlled issue set.

You will need solid Revit experience on Australian residential projects and be comfortable working to NCC and typical local drafting conventions. Speed and reliability are crucial—my target is to re-issue the full drawing set within the next four weeks.

Deliverables
• Updated plans, elevations and sections showing all marked-up design changes
• Corrected tags, call-outs and coordination items encountered while you work
• Refreshed schedules so they align with the revised model
• PDF and RVT files stamped with the next revision code, ready for client review
