Residential Remodel Drafting Plans

I’m re-working an existing home and need clear, accurate architectural drawings to plan the renovation. I’m missing is a draughtsman who can translate a 3D plan with all measures, into a profesional grade 2D plan. Currently It’s a demolished 4 floor Building, with only Four Walls, Windows and staircase.

Here’s what I’m expecting:
• Updated floor plans, elevations, and a couple of key sections
• Files delivered in both editable DWG and ready-to-print PDF formats at 1:50 or 1:100 scale, complete with dimensions, notes, and title blocks
• Consistency with standard residential drafting conventions so local contractors and the permit office can read them without questions

If you usually work in AutoCAD, Revit, or a similar tool, great—just let me know which platform you prefer so we can stay compatible. Accuracy and a quick turnaround are more important to me than flashy presentation, but I do appreciate clean line-weights and legible annotations.

Once I receive the final set I’ll review, mark up any small tweaks, and then sign off. Looking forward to collaborating and getting this Plans on paper.
