Residential Property Surveys Data Transfer

I complete site surveys of residential properties.
I sketch out the layout and dimensions on site on paper.
I use the information on site and I transfer the information into excel to create a printable layout. Using basic excel formulas I measure out the different elements I require.
External heat loss wall areas,
Floor areas,
Window areas,
Perimeter length
Ceiling areas
Specify heating systems, ventilation types etc.

I want someone to take the site survey drawings/information and complete the take offs as mentioned above in excel and issue to me in the agreed format.
There will be 10-20 individual surveys a week.
