Residential Property Management Platform

My growing portfolio of residential units needs a single, streamlined system that replaces scattered spreadsheets and manual tracking. The core of the project is a modern web (and ideally mobile-friendly) application dedicated to real estate management with two must-have modules:

• Tenant management – digital lease creation, profile storage, automated reminders, and searchable history
• Rent collection – secure online payments, recurring billing, late-fee rules, and real-time reporting

Maintenance tracking may be added later, so an architecture that allows easy extension will be appreciated.

I will supply sample tenant and rent data to seed the database. Deliverables are a fully functional, tested application with source code, deployment instructions for a standard cloud stack, and a short user guide I can hand to onsite managers. Payment-gateway integration (Stripe, PayPal, or a comparable tool you suggest) must be PCI-compliant and offer receipts for both ACH and card transactions.

Success is a smooth tenant onboarding flow, rent payments processed end-to-end in a staging environment, and clear documentation that lets me move to production without further engineering help.
