Residential Plot Boundary Demarcation Survey

I need a qualified demarcation engineer to establish the exact legal boundaries of a residential plot that exceeds 5 acres. The land currently has no visible markers, so I’m looking for a full-service solution—from an on-site survey through to the delivery of an authenticated plan I can file with the local registry.

Scope of work
• Visit the site and perform a precise property boundary establishment using total station and/or high-accuracy GPS equipment.
• Place durable corner and line markers that comply with local regulations.
• Produce a signed survey report and CAD/PDF drawing showing coordinates, bearings, and distances tied to recognized control points.
• Supply the raw data files and an editable digital copy so I can share them with architects and contractors later.

Acceptance criteria
• All corners and intermediate points staked on the ground and visible.
• Survey plan matches deed dimensions (or clearly highlights any discrepancies) and is ready for official lodgment.
• Final documentation delivered within the agreed schedule and reviewed for completeness before release of the final milestone.
