Residential Plan Refresh & Sections

I have an existing residential floor plan that needs two things at once: a thoughtful redesign of the overall layout and the creation of thirteen clearly labeled architectural sections.

The core of the redesign centres on the bathrooms—this is where I see the biggest opportunity for better space flow and user-friendly detailing. While the rest of the plan should be tightened where you see obvious gains in circulation or proportion, I want the bathrooms to set the tone for how well the new layout works as a whole.

You will receive the current floor plan in editable format. From there, I’d like you to:

• Refine dimensions, circulation paths, and furniture blocks so the entire residential plan feels coherent.
• Re-plan each bathroom to optimise space usage and functionality while maintaining practical plumbing runs.
• Draft thirteen architectural sections that cut through the most instructive axes of the house, annotate them, and keep levels consistent with the floor plan.

Final deliverables: PDF sheets and the original editable CAD/BIM file (DWG, RVT, or similar), all organised by sheet name and number so I can slot them straight into a planning set.
