Residential Pathway Lighting Installation

I need a complete, new-build landscape lighting system for the pathway that runs along the front and side of my home, with additional accent, wall and step lights to tie everything together. Nothing is in place right now—there’s no transformer, no wiring, no fixtures—so you will be starting from a blank slate.

What I’m after
The goal is an elegant, low-voltage LED setup that highlights the walkway while throwing subtle washes of light on adjoining planters and masonry steps. All cabling must be hidden beneath pavers or neatly trenched, and the final installation should comply with local electrical codes.

Scope of work
• Design a practical fixture layout and confirm it with me before installation.
• Supply or specify suitable LED pathway, wall-wash and stair lights plus an outdoor-rated transformer, timer or photocell.
• Install, wire, seal and test every fixture, making sure the beam angles and brightness are consistent.
• Provide a dusk-to-dawn or app-based control option so I can adjust timing easily.
• Perform a night-time walkthrough to fine-tune aiming and demonstrate operation.

Acceptance criteria
1. All fixtures illuminate as intended with no dark spots or glare.
2. Wiring is concealed, weather-sealed and passes inspection.
3. Transformer and controls are labeled and accessible.
4. I receive a simple diagram of circuit runs, fixture count and lamp specs.
