Residential New-Build Drafting Plans

I’m ready to move a residential new-build from concept sketches to permit-ready architectural drawings and need a skilled drafter to make it happen. The home’s footprint, room layout, and rough elevations are already defined in hand sketches; what I’m missing are clean, dimensionally accurate CAD drawings that a builder and the local council can sign off on.

Here’s what I’d like from you:

• Fully detailed floor plans, elevations, and at least one cross-section, all to scale
• A basic site plan showing setbacks and key levels
• Output in DWG (AutoCAD or Revit) plus PDF for easy sharing

Drawings must comply with standard residential detailing and be organised on title blocks so they’re ready for engineering and council review. If you work in Revit, please keep the model tidy and well-layered; if you prefer AutoCAD, consistent layers and xrefs are essential.

I’ll provide my sketches, room schedule, site survey, and any local code notes the moment we start. Turnaround within one week is ideal, but let me know if you need a little longer. Accuracy and clear annotation are more important than speed.
