Residential MEP Plumbing & Electrical Design

I need a complete MEP package for a new residential build of roughly 350 m² spread over three floors, with two separate apartments on each level. Your focus will be on two disciplines:

• Plumbing – I already have the fixture layout, so I’m looking for drawings that show the full water-supply and drainage routes, plus detailed specs and pipe sizes for every run, valve, and connection.
• Electrical – Kitchens and bathrooms are the priority; I need circuiting, load calculations, panel schedules, and placement of outlets, switches, and protective devices that comply with local residential codes.

The final delivery should include coordinated CAD/Revit drawings (PDF + editable files), a concise calculation report, and any installation notes that a contractor can hand straight to their crews.
