Residential Lift Designers needed

I am retrofitting a multi-storey residential building and need a complete design for a service elevator that will mainly move bulky household goods, furniture and supplies between floors. Your job is to translate the operating requirements into a fully-engineered solution that a licensed installer can build and submit for approval.

Please size the car, counterweight, motor and safety gear for reliable goods transport while still meeting the quieter, low-vibration expectations of a home environment. I will provide floor-to-floor heights, shaft constraints and local code references as soon as we start; you will turn these into dimensioned GA drawings, load and power calculations, door and landing details, and a short specification covering control logic, finishes and maintenance access.

Acceptance criteria
• Drawings in DWG/PDF ready for permit submission
• Calculations that show compliance with the relevant residential lift standard in my jurisdiction
• A concise bill of materials and equipment schedule

Experience with residential or low-rise service lifts, EN81/ASME A17.1 or similar codes, and coordination with architects is essential. If you can also stay on call for minor revisions during approval, let me know in your proposal.
