Residential KNX Installation & Integration

I am preparing a new residential build and need a KNX specialist to carry out the complete installation and initial configuration of the system. The scope covers full wiring, commissioning, and integration of three key subsystems already specified by the architect and MEP engineer:

• Lighting control
• Heating & cooling (HVAC)
• Security / intrusion detection

You will work from the electrical and KNX topology drawings and coordinate with my electrician to make sure all lines, power supplies, couplers and actuators are installed to KNX standards. Once the hardware is in place, I need you to program the ETS project, load group addresses, and test every function room-by-room so that scenes, schedules and safety interlocks operate reliably.

Acceptance will be based on:
• Clean, labelled ETS project file handed over
• All devices responding in ETS diagnostics with no red flags
• Demonstrated control of lights, climate zones and alarm sensors from a single KNX panel and the mobile visualisation app we select together
