Residential Kitchen Trade Estimator

I have a steady stream of residential kitchen projects that need the trade component quoted quickly and accurately. For each job I’ll send you three files: a concise site report with photos and access notes, the proposed drawings, and my custom Excel quoting tool where all cost codes and rates are already built in.

Your task is simple but detail-critical—enter precise quantities against the correct line items, covering only the trades called out in the site report. Whenever the site report and the drawings disagree, follow the drawings. Before sending the file back, double-check every quantity and every line so nothing slips through.

Deliverables for each kitchen:
• Completed Excel quote with quantities filled in and totals auto-calculated
• Brief confirmation note that all lines were reviewed
