Freelance Interior Designer – Residential Project

We are looking for a freelance Interior Designer for a residential project in Rajasthan.

The house is already constructed, and we need someone to develop the complete interior design and execution details.

We already have an architect experienced in SketchUp, Lumion and V-Ray, so we are specifically looking for interior-design expertise.

Responsibilities

- Space planning & furniture layouts
- Interior concepts, colours & materials
- Kitchen, wardrobe & custom furniture design
- False ceiling & lighting design
- Wall/floor finishes
- Detailed furniture & joinery drawings
- Electrical/lighting coordination
- Material & specification schedule
- BOQ / cost estimation
- Contractor/vendor coordination and site visits, if required

Ideal Candidate

- Residential interior design experience
- Strong knowledge of materials, furniture and finishes
- Good understanding of execution and working drawings
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines

This is the first of several residential projects, so we are interested in a long-term working relationship.
