Residential Interior Design & 3D Renderings

For a new residential build I need nine high-quality, photo-realistic 3D renderings that capture a balanced mix of modern simplicity and warm transitional touches. The focus is on the main living areas—living room, dining room, and kitchen—with two to three carefully chosen angles per space.

The images should clearly communicate overall layout, key furniture pieces, color palette, and lighting strategy without getting lost in minor accessories. Clean lines, neutral foundations, layered warmth, and practical comfort should come through in every shot so the homeowner can immediately understand the final look and flow.

You may work in the software you know best—SketchUp + V-Ray, 3ds Max, Blender with Cycles, or comparable tools—as long as the end result is photorealistic and ready for presentation.

Deliverables
• 9 full-resolution JPG/PNG renderings (2–3 angles each for living, dining, kitchen)
• Native project files so future edits remain possible
• One round of refinements for color, furniture swaps, or lighting tweaks after first review
