Residential Interior Design & 3D Rendering

I am looking for a talented junior-to-intermediate interior designer or high-end e-designer to handle the aesthetic design for a large residential project.
The project includes 9 major zones:
• 1 Great Room
• 1 Main Kitchen
• 1 Spice Kitchen
• 6 Washrooms
I already have a seasoned builder executing the project to code and handles all structural/technical elements. I will provide you with the complete architectural floor plans in both PDF and CAD format.
Your job will be strictly focused on the interior aesthetics, visual space planning, and material selections.

Required Deliverables:

1. 3D Renderings: High-quality, photo-realistic 3D visual renderings (2–3 angles per room) showing the design concept. The style must be clean Modern or warm Transitional.
2. Detailed Finish Schedule: A comprehensive spreadsheet detailing all paint selections, flooring, tile placement, countertops, cabinet styles, and decorative lighting fixtures with clickable sourcing links.
3. Dimensional Layouts & Elevations: Using my CAD files, you must provide the precise aesthetic dimensions for the builder. This includes cabinet heights/widths, fireplace feature wall layout dimensions, and tile layout maps for the washrooms so the trades know exactly where to install materials.

Requirements:

• Proficient in AutoCAD/SketchUp/Revit or equivalent rendering and drafting software.
• Ability to work from existing CAD architectural layouts.
• Strong portfolio showcasing Modern and Transitional residential spaces (especially kitchens and bathrooms).
• Standardized bathroom concepts can be used across the secondary washrooms to streamline efficiency.
