Residential Interior 3D Visualization Needed -- 2

I’m preparing a residential project and need detailed, photorealistic 3D interior visuals to finalise the design. You will receive the floor plans and rough sketches; your task is to translate them into compelling renders that capture accurate proportions, lighting and material finishes.

I’m looking for someone comfortable working from minimal references, able to suggest furniture placement, colour palettes and lighting schemes while keeping the layout practical for everyday living. High-resolution stills suitable for client presentation are essential, and if you work in software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion or similar, please let me know—native files will be required at the end so I can adjust minor elements later on.

Deliverables
• Three to five Hero renders (4K) showing key angles
• Native 3D file with all textures linked
• One round of post-render tweaks for colour or minor décor changes
