Residential Interior 3D Modeling

I’m updating my home and need detailed 3D models that capture the look and feel of three key areas: the living room, kitchen, and bedroom. This is a residential project, so every element—from surface finishes to circulation flow—should feel warm, practical, and true to scale.

Here’s what I expect:
• Accurate room geometry based on the measurements I’ll provide.
• High-resolution, photo-realistic renders of each space from multiple camera angles.
• Native source files (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, or similar) and any textures or assets you use, so I have flexibility for future tweaks.
