Residential Interior 3D Modeling -- 2

I need a photorealistic 3D visualisation of my home’s key areas—living room, kitchen, and main bedroom—to lock down finishes, furniture placement, and lighting before any on-site work begins. Floor-plan drawings (PDF and DWG) and reference photos will be supplied as soon as we start; feel free to request any additional measurements you need.

I’d like each space modelled to scale, textured, and illuminated so the final still renders look as close to real photography as possible. I’m open on style: modern, traditional, minimalist—whichever direction your concept sketches suggest works best with the existing architecture—so include a round of mood-board options up front.

Deliverables
• Native 3D file (3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender or similar) with organised layers
• At least three high-resolution renders per room (daylight and evening)
• One revision round after initial draft to fine-tune materials, colours, or décor details

All files must be ready for direct hand-off to my contractor and easily editable should we need small tweaks later. If you have a proven portfolio of residential interiors, especially kitchens or living rooms, that will help me see how you handle lighting and material realism.
