Residential Interior 2D & 3D Design

I am refreshing my home and want cohesive interior concepts for three key areas—living room, bedroom, and kitchen. For each space I need:

• Detailed 2D plans (layout, furniture, lighting points, basic dimensions) delivered in an editable CAD format.
• Photorealistic 3D renders that clearly convey materials, colour palette, lighting ambience and décor styling.
• A brief style board or material schedule so I can source finishes with confidence.

Feel free to work in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit or the software you are most comfortable with, as long as the final files open smoothly in standard viewers and include any textures you reference. Accurate scaling, realistic lighting and believable material textures are critical for approval.

Once layouts are confirmed, I would like to see first-round renders within a week; final polished images should follow after my feedback. All intellectual property for the designs transfers to me upon full payment.
