I am looking for a complete HVAC design package for a residential property that will run on a central air-conditioning system capable of both heating and cooling. I already have the architectural plans ready; what I now need is the engineering backbone that ensures the house stays comfortable year-round while operating efficiently and meeting all applicable codes.

Here is what I expect from the engagement:

• Accurate load calculations for every room and zone, clearly showing the cooling and heating requirements.
• Proper equipment selection (tonnage, SEER/HSPF, furnace or AHU sizing) that matches those loads without oversizing.
• Duct layout and sizing, including static-pressure calculations and recommended grille/register locations.
• A concise design report (PDF) plus editable drawings (DWG or Revit acceptable) so my contractor can move straight to installation.

I am comfortable with any recognized tool set—Manual J/Manual D software, Carrier HAP, Elite, or similar—as long as the underlying methodology is transparent in the final report. All figures must be traceable back to the inputs you use.

Once delivered, I will review the load tables, verify that supply/return airflow balances within 5 %, and confirm that equipment specs match the calculated capacities. Meeting those checks will serve as final acceptance.

If you have residential HVAC calculation experience and can turn around clear, code-compliant documentation, let’s get started.
