Residential Glass Façade CAD Drawings

I’m finalising the design of a residential building and now need a full-building glass façade package drafted in AutoCAD. Every exterior elevation must be covered, with clear glass specifications called out on each sheet so the fabricator can price and the installer can work straight from the files.

What I expect:
• Fully layered DWG files (and matching PDFs) showing all façades, typical sections and enlarged details where the glazing changes.
• A dedicated schedule that lists glass type, thickness, coating, U-value and any performance notes referenced by tag on the drawings.
• Dimensions, datum levels and fixing lines set out to residential code standards so the engineer can sign off without redlining.

If you already work with curtain-wall or window-wall systems and can turn around a clean, clash-free model quickly, we’ll be a good fit. I’ll supply the architectural Revit export and my mark-ups as soon as we agree on the workflow.
