Residential Floor Plan Drafting

I’m working on a home plan and now need a precise, top-plane floor layout that I can hand straight to my builder. The scope is limited to one residence, so the focus is purely residential architecture.

What I expect from you
• A clear, dimensioned floor layout (top view) showing walls, door and window openings, and basic room labels.
• Delivered in both PDF for quick viewing and an editable CAD format (DWG or similar) so any future adjustments are straightforward.
• Coordination of room sizes to ensure furniture fits comfortably and circulation remains efficient.

I already have rough sketches with preferred room relationships; you’ll translate these into a clean architectural drawing, applying standard line-weights, hatching, and annotation conventions. If you use AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, or SketchUp Layout, please mention it—whatever tool you choose is fine as long as the final files meet typical architectural drafting standards.

Once you send the first draft, I’ll review and mark up any tweaks; after one revision round we should be good to go.
