Residential Construction Docs Entry

I have multiple residential construction projects need assurance generating and organizing documentation and entering documentation into our construction management platform

Here are specific tasks needed
• use example documents from prior projects and information for current project to generate installation docs for all aspects of project - example plumbing (showing exact locations and selection info for plumbing trade to use during installation for all aspects of project involving plumbing)
- take selection information for current project and enter the info for each using examples from past projects

Acceptance criteria: the complete document set must be searchable and correctly categorised in the live project, with a brief summary of outstanding or missing items. No design or installation work is needed—this is purely documentation data entry, but familiarity with tools like Procore, Buildertrend or PlanGrid will make the job faster and cleaner.
