Residential Building Regulations Plans

I need a full set of drawings and plans that will satisfy building-regulation approval for a residential property. The package must be complete enough for submission to the local authority and clear enough for contractors to build from without further clarification.

We will supply measurements from a full measured survey.

Scope
• Produce dimensioned floor plans, elevations, sections, and a site plan.
• Include all compliance notes and construction details required under current building regs (fire safety, structure, insulation, drainage, ventilation, access, etc.).
• Deliver files in editable CAD (DWG or similar) plus ready-to-print PDF sheets.

Flexibility
The property is residential, but the project could involve anything from a new build to an extension or renovation. I’ll share the exact brief, measurements, and any existing sketches once we start, and I’m happy to take professional advice on the most efficient design approach.

Expectations
1. Drawings must align with the latest regulations for England & Wales (or confirm compliance with the relevant jurisdiction).
2. Turnaround time and milestone schedule to be agreed upfront.
3. Please provide examples of at least one previous residential building-regulation set you have completed.

Paid on immediate completion - subject to slight amendments where/if there is non alignement with measurements. Please set out your rates. There will be other work if the drawings are of suitable standard.
