Residential Building 2D to 3D Model

I'm seeking a skilled 3D modeler to convert my 2D architectural designs into detailed 3D models for a residential building. The model should include both interior and exterior elements.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max)
- Experience with residential architectural modeling
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to interpret 2D designs and create realistic 3D modelling
- Knowledge of interior design principles is a plus
