Residential AutoCAD Architectural Floor Plans

I need a set of clean, well-structured residential floor plans produced in AutoCAD. The focus is strictly architectural: wall locations, door and window schedules, room names, dimensions, and any notes that help a builder or planning officer understand the layout.

Please build everything in 2D, using logical layer naming and standard line weights so the drawing prints clearly at both A3 and A1. I will supply the rough hand sketches and key measurements as soon as we start; you turn them into a tidy DWG and a matching PDF ready for submission.

Deliverables:
• Final .dwg file, fully editable
• Print-ready PDF at 1:100 scale

Accuracy is more important than speed, but I would like an initial draft within a few days so I can mark up any tweaks before you issue the final version.
