Residential Architectural Drafting Needed

My residential projects requires a full set of architectural drawings produced in AutoCAD. I will provide hand sketches, reference images, and any necessary dimensions; from these, the final CAD files should meet standard drafting conventions and be organized with clear, well-named layers.

Deliverables
• Floor plans (to scale, fully dimensioned, with room names, door/window schedules, and basic furniture layout)
• Elevations (all exterior sides, annotated with key levels, materials, and overall heights)

Please return both the native .dwg files and plotted PDFs ready for printing at 1/4" = 1'-0" (or metric equivalent if preferred). Accuracy, clean linework, and consistent annotation styles are essential, as the drawings will move straight into permitting once approved.
