Residential Architectural Design Assistance

I’m working on a new residential project and need an experienced architect to guide the overall design from concept to build-ready documents. At this stage nothing is locked in, so you’ll have room to shape layouts, circulation, façade treatment, and spatial flow while keeping practicality, local code compliance, and budget realities in mind.

Here’s what I’m hoping to achieve together:
• Preliminary concept studies that test massing, orientation, and general layout
• Fully developed floor plans, elevations, and sections in CAD/PDF formats
• A few key 3D views or a simple BIM model for visualisation and client approval
• A concise specification sheet highlighting materials and structural assumptions

Acceptance criteria:
• Drawings meet local residential building codes and standard drafting conventions
• All files delivered in both editable (DWG/Revit/SketchUp) and ready-to-print PDF formats
• At least two revision rounds included after my feedback
