Residential Advance Steel Detailing Required

I need an experienced Advance Steel modeller to take my residential building concepts and turn them into fully coordinated fabrication drawings. The scope covers every structural and envelope component we will run through the software: beams, columns, joists, trusses, roofing, windows, doors and insulation. In addition, I want all services that penetrate or interface with the steel—water reticulation, electrical conduits and air-conditioning sleeves—clearly shown so clash-free installation on site is guaranteed.

What I expect from you
• A clean, fully parametric Advance Steel model that reflects the architectural intent and local code requirements
• GA drawings, assembly drawings and single-part drawings ready for workshop issue
• A comprehensive bill of materials and bolt list exported directly from the model
• IFC or DWG files I can share with the architect and MEP team for coordination

I’ll supply the architectural plans, connection preferences and any site constraints the moment we start. Keep your workflow transparent, send progress snapshots from the model, and flag anything that impacts member sizing or constructability as soon as it appears.
