Residential 2D Interior Drafting

I’m putting together a complete set of 2-D drawings for a modern residence and need a detail-oriented drafter who works comfortably in AutoCAD. The package must cover the living & dining areas, all bedrooms, and the full kitchen-and-bathroom zone, with every sheet cleanly layered and ready both for client presentations and direct site execution.

What I will hand over once we agree:
• room-by-room measurements, photographs, and any available reference sketches
• my title-block template and layer naming convention (feel free to suggest improvements)
• style references so you’re clear on the contemporary look I’m after

What I need back from you:
• Fully dimensioned floor plans and furniture layouts
• Kitchen, wardrobe, and vanity shop drawings with section details
• Interior elevations for every designed wall, annotated and scaled
• A working-drawing set (PDF) plus editable DWG files, with layers, line-weights, and text styles tidy and consistent

Each sheet must plot accurately at the stated scale, with no orphaned layers, rogue fonts, or unexplained line types; think “ready to issue” the moment I hit Print.
