Residential 2D Architectural Plan Drafting

I need a clean, well-organised 2D architectural set for a residential build. The focus is on two key drawings: a fully-dimensioned floor plan that shows walls, doors, windows, and fixed fixtures, and a coordinated interior design layout that clearly places furniture, cabinetry, and circulation paths.

Please work in a professional CAD platform—AutoCAD, Revit (2D sheets), or a comparable tool—so I can receive both an editable DWG file and a ready-to-print PDF. Line weights, layer naming, and scale (1:100 metric preferred) should follow standard drafting conventions so the plans drop straight into council or contractor packages without extra cleanup.

Deliverables:
• Floor plan with dimensions, annotations, and room labels
• Interior layout overlay indicating furniture, built-ins, and key finishes
• DWG + PDF for each sheet, plus a plotted A3 set
