I would like to commission an online jewellery store built with WordPress and WooCommerce and hosted on Hostinger. Please find the project requirements below.
**1. Brand and visual direction**
The brand offers contemporary silver and gold-plated silver jewellery in the accessible premium segment, aimed at women who appreciate bold forms and minimalist aesthetics.
The store should be elegant, easy to navigate and visually refined, with large product images and an intuitive purchasing process. It should provide a smooth shopping experience on both mobile devices and desktop computers.
The logo, primary colours and fonts are already defined in the brand’s visual identity guidelines.
**2. Store structure**
The main menu should include a “Jewellery” dropdown with the following categories:
- Earrings
- Necklaces
- Bracelets
- Ear cuffs
- Brooches
- Cufflinks
- Jewellery sets
The store should also include standard pages and features: About the Brand, Contact, Shopping Cart, Checkout, Customer Account and Wishlist, as well as pages covering delivery, payments, returns, complaints, terms and conditions, and the privacy policy.
**3. Two language versions**
I would like the entire store to be available in Polish and English, with a clearly visible language switcher.
**4. Product presentation and store features**
- **Colour selection below product images on product listing pages:** two clickable colour swatches—gold and silver. Clicking a swatch should change the displayed image to the corresponding variant, as shown in the reference image. On the product page, customers should be able to select the colour before adding the item to their cart.
- The ability to assign separate images and, where needed, different prices to each colour variant.
- A heart icon for saving products to a wishlist, available on both product listing pages and individual product pages. If possible, customers should be able to use the wishlist without creating an account.
- A search function accessible via a magnifying glass icon in the header.
- A product image gallery with zoom functionality.
- Clear information on materials, finishes, dimensions, availability and care instructions on each product page.
- **Back-in-stock notifications:** for out-of-stock products, customers should be able to leave their email address and receive an automatic notification when the item becomes available again. Subscriptions should apply to the specific colour variant selected.
- Guest checkout, without the need to create an account.
**5. Payments, delivery and discounts**
- BLIK, PayPal and manual bank transfer payments. I would appreciate a breakdown of the costs involved in setting up these payment methods, as well as your advice on whether Apple Pay and Google Pay are worth including at launch.
- The ability to independently create percentage and fixed-amount discount codes, with expiry dates and conditions of use.
- A slim announcement bar at the very top of the website, displaying a message such as “Free delivery on orders over PLN …”, with text I can edit myself.
- Automatic application of free delivery once the specified order value threshold is reached.
- A choice of delivery providers and shipping methods, with shipping costs calculated automatically.
**6. Social media**
Clearly visible, clickable links to Instagram, with the option to add TikTok and other brand channels at a later stage.

Once the store is completed, I would like to be able to independently add products, images, descriptions and variants, and manage orders, stock levels, discounts and website content.
The implementation should include:
- Setup and configuration on Hostinger.
- An SSL certificate, if required.
- Backups.
- Basic security measures.
- Website speed optimisation.
- Basic SEO configuration.
- A cookie consent management system.
- Store testing before launch.
