Working on a safety management software previously is huge advantage to win this work. Must speak clear english... #1 requirement, #2 must be available during Eastern Standard Time 8am-5pm... if there is an emergency must be available anytime. Do not send a proposal if you can't meet these requirements.

I have a live project already running on Replit and I want to take it to the next level rather than start from scratch. To make that happen, I need someone who understands Replit inside-out—everything from its real-time collaboration space to the built-in Git-style version control and the one-click deployment flow.

Here’s what I expect once you step in: clean, maintainable updates to the existing codebase, a smoother workflow that fully leverages Replit’s pair-programming and review features, and a deployment pipeline that works reliably every time I hit the run button. Language isn’t the issue; familiarity with the platform’s quirks and shortcuts is. If you know how to refactor code efficiently within Replit, keep commits tidy, and push changes straight to the hosted instance without breaking anything, this should be a straightforward assignment.

When we wrap up, my project should run faster, be easier to collaborate on, and deploy with zero manual intervention. If that sounds like your everyday workflow, let’s get started.

Preferably someone who has safety software building experience, that can create easy ways with AI interaction for training, written programs, inspections, audits, investigations, communication, lockout procedures, dashboards that communicate and look good, with mutil-level features, companies, sub-companies, users, master admin, company admin, permissions and more
