Replicate Image as PSD Template

I need a fully-layered Photoshop file that mirrors my reference image pixel for pixel. Please keep the original colour palette, overall layout and, as closely as possible, the same type style and positioning. I will supply the image itself along with a handful of cut-out elements that may help.

The finished PSD must be clean and editable: every visual component on its own named layer or group, smart objects for photos, and text layers that I can overwrite. Build in a few extra text placeholders, give me the flexibility to swap images, and feel free to tweak or simplify graphics where that will make future updates easier—just don’t lose the look and feel of the original.

Fonts do not need to be exact; choose close matches that achieve the same appearance.

Deliverable: one organised .psd file ready for immediate editing.
