Repeatable Bulk Email Setup

I need to reach roughly 2,500 & 1000 contacts with two separate sends and would like the whole process set up inside a reliable bulk-email platform such as Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) or any similar tool you recommend. Each campaign will use an HTML template created directly inside that platform, so I can continue editing or cloning it on my own later.

Key points you’ll handle for me:
• Importing and organising the recipient list, including unsubscribe management and compliance settings.
• Creating or adapting an HTML template within the chosen platform so the message renders well on desktop and mobile.
• Scheduling and sending both campaigns, then providing performance reports.
• A brief screen-share or written guide that shows me the essentials—duplicating a campaign, swapping content, and launching future sends on my own.

Once finished, I’ll have 2 self-contained accounts ready for repeat use, complete with templates, lists, and step-by-step notes, so I can keep emailing this audience whenever I need without starting from scratch.
