Repair Windows Desktop App Links

(edited) This is a freeware Windows-based desktop application which has stopped working properly because several server links inside the code are now invalid. The program either crashes or simply fails to continue once it tries to reach those outdated endpoints. Your task is to trace every call that relies on these links, repair or replace them, and confirm that the whole application runs smoothly again on current Windows builds.

You will receive the existing files. I did not create this program so I do not have the full project "source code."
This program is designed to search using isbn or the title of a book. It returns marc data (.mrc) files from open source libraries. I can provide a demo showing this program working. along with a short document that highlights the screens and features affected. After your fixes are in place I need an executable that installs cleanly. useful for me to also get the updated source code.

all outdated server links are pointing to third party services. They should be deleted. I have a google account but no backend infrastructure. I want the popups eliminated so I can run the program cleanly.

On start-up, i get 16 error pop-ups. After the 16 pop-ups, the program runs.
