Repair Service Website & App Build

I’m rolling out an end-to-end digital presence for my repair business and need a single team to handle both the website and the companion mobile apps.

Website scope
• Core purpose: showcase my repair services, let customers book jobs, browse detailed service listings, leave public reviews and receive branded invoices automatically.
• Look & feel: clean, trustworthy, mobile-first design that loads fast and works smoothly on all modern browsers.
• Key modules: real-time booking calendar with availability management, searchable service catalogue, star-rating review wall, and a simple invoicing system that emails PDFs and stores them in a customer dashboard.

App scope
• Native apps for both iOS and Android, published to the App Store and Google Play under my accounts.
• Feature parity with the website: users should be able to book, view services, track job status, read/write reviews and pull past invoices.
• Push notifications for booking confirmations, job updates and invoice delivery.

Tech preferences
I’m flexible on the stack as long as it supports a single codebase where possible (e.g. React with React Native, Flutter, or similar) and keeps future maintenance straightforward. Stripe, PayPal or another mainstream gateway can power any payment flow you suggest.

Deliverables
1. UX/UI mock-ups for web and mobile
2. Fully developed, tested and deployed website
3. Published iOS and Android apps
4. Admin panel with reporting and invoice export
5. Post-launch support window for bug fixes

Acceptance criteria
• End-to-end booking flow completes in under 60 seconds on 4G.
• All data syncs instantly between web and apps.
• Minimum Lighthouse performance score of 90 on mobile.
• Apps pass App Store & Play Store review.
