My combined CRM and public-facing website has been compromised and I need it cleaned up and hardened right away. The platform handles invoicing as well as day-to-day user interactions, so every minute of downtime hurts.

Current interactive features that must remain fully functional after the fix:
• User registration/login
• Customer support/chat

Scope of work
1. Identify and remove every trace of malicious code, backdoors, or unauthorized files.
2. Patch the original attack vector and update core, themes, plug-ins, or libraries as required.
3. Reinforce server, database, and application security (firewall rules, permissions, SSL/TLS settings, etc.).
4. Validate that invoicing workflows, dashboards, and the interactive modules above work flawlessly post-cleanup.
5. Provide a concise report detailing what was found, what you did, and clear recommendations I can follow to prevent a repeat incident.

Acceptance criteria
• Site and CRM load without redirects or alerts from security tools.
• User registration/login and live chat operate normally.
• Invoicing module generates and emails invoices correctly.
• Independent malware scanner reports a clean bill of health.

If you have recent experience rescuing hacked CRM sites, I’d love to get this started immediately.
