I’m launching an online “rental boyfriend” service and, at this stage, I only need the core website built around a single critical feature: secure payment processing. Users won’t be able to book or match yet; the immediate goal is to let them review service packages and complete payment via bank transfer.

Scope
• Build a clean, responsive website that presents the service concept, available packages and pricing.
• Implement a seamless bank-transfer checkout flow, including:
– Auto-generated reference numbers per order
– Upload field for transfer proof (receipt image/PDF)
– Status tracker (Pending, Confirmed, Failed) visible to the user and in an admin dashboard
• Simple admin panel where I can verify transfers, mark payments as confirmed and export basic transaction reports (CSV).
• Basic user account creation (email, password) so customers can return and view their payment status.
• SSL, GDPR-compliant data handling and clear error/success messaging throughout the payment journey.

Tech preferences
Open to PHP/Laravel, Node, or another mainstream stack as long as the code is well-documented and future-friendly; a lightweight front-end framework such as React or plain HTML/CSS is fine.

Acceptance criteria
1. A test transaction shows up instantly in the admin panel with the correct reference.
2. Updating the status in admin changes the status for the user in real-time (simple refresh acceptable).
3. All pages load correctly on mobile and desktop, score 90+ on Google Lighthouse performance.
4. Source code and a short deployment guide delivered in a private repo.
