Rental Boyfriend Chat Platform

The goal is to launch a small-scale “online rental boyfriend” experience that centres exclusively on text and video chats. Sessions will be arranged strictly by appointment, and clients will secure those slots through direct messaging rather than an open calendar.

What I need built is a lightweight, mobile-first web application that allows visitors to:
• create an account, verify their identity and load payment information;
• open a private DM thread to request a time slot;
• receive confirmation and a payment link once I accept;
• join the scheduled text or WebRTC video room at the agreed time.

On the admin side I should be able to flag availability hours, approve or decline DM requests, trigger reminders, issue refunds if necessary and view a simple ledger of completed sessions. Stripe (or a comparable gateway) will handle payments, while Twilio, WebRTC or a similarly reliable SDK can power the real-time chat.

Acceptance criteria
1. Clean, modern UI that matches a supplied colour palette.
2. Secure user auth (OAuth or email/password + OTP).
3. Encrypted text messaging and HD video with mute/camera toggle.
4. Direct-message request flow that logs timestamps and auto-expires if ignored for 24 h.
5. Production deployment on AWS, DigitalOcean or Vercel with HTTPS enabled.
6. Brief hand-off video and concise documentation covering build/run steps and environment variables.
